2. Original Artworks

Shipping costs for original artworks are included in the purchase price.

Original artworks are generally dispatched within approximately 2–3 weeks after the order, unless a different delivery period is stated for the individual artwork.

3. Art Prints

Art prints are generally dispatched within approximately 3 working days after the order, unless a different delivery period is stated for the individual product.

Shipping costs for art prints are calculated and displayed separately during checkout.

4. The Atelier Notes

The Atelier Notes is a physical subscription service.

Shipping costs for The Atelier Notes are included in the subscription price.

The subscription is sent by post and contains the items specified in the respective subscription description.

5. Customs, Duties and Import Charges

Orders are shipped internationally.

For original artworks, customs and import costs are included in the purchase price where stated in the relevant product information.

For art prints and The Atelier Notes, customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country are borne by the customer.

Customers are responsible for complying with any import requirements applicable in their destination country.

6. Shipping Provider

The shipping provider may vary depending on the product, destination and shipping arrangements.

7. Damaged Deliveries

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at ayamichellecastro@gmail.com and provide details and, where appropriate, photographs of the damage.

Statutory rights relating to damaged or defective goods remain unaffected.
