Some items in our shop may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases. These cancellation terms explain how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you subscribe, you will receive recurring deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely. Each delivery will be charged unless you pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you can cancel it.

If you wish to cancel or modify your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order. From there, you can manage your subscription.

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or will be available soon but is not currently in stock.

We may not charge a payment or may only collect a partial payment at checkout, save your payment method, and then process and collect the full or remaining payment at a later date.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.

Once the order has been fulfilled, you can no longer cancel the order, but you may request a full or partial refund.

Try Before You Buy

If you purchase an item as part of a try-before-you-buy offer, we will authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order.

You will have a certain period of time to decide whether you wish to keep the item. Once the trial period has ended, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
